How does Poppy Club work?
Poppy Club is our unique subscription service where you get a new night mouth guard every six months for a fraction of the original cost. We ask you to provide us with just one impression and one order, and you’ll regularly get all you need for a dazzling smile. You can pause, cancel, and change the frequency of your replacements any time by emailing us.
If I join Poppy Club, can I cancel?
Yes, any time. We understand things change. If you'd like to cancel your Poppy Club subscription, just contact our team and we'll take care of you.
What is the Poppy Guarantee?
With Poppy’s 45-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee, if you experience any fit issues, you can rest easy knowing that Poppy team will work with you to get the fit just right. Simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your night guards with photo and a brief description and we will work hard to make the fit just right or send out a new impression kit as necessary.
Where do I choose the thickness I want?
Great Question! First of all, our pricing is always the same - regardless of thickness. We default to 1mm, but we can comfortably accommodate 1.3mm and 2mm upon request. Once you receive your kit, you will have the option to choose the best fit for you. Simply note it in the included Customer Information Card in your kit, also available here as a download.
What thickness should I get?
Our 1mm and 1.3mm are thinner and more comfortable and are a great option for light teeth grinding and clenching.
If you're a heavy grinder/clencher or you want your night guard to act as a retainer, we actually suggest the 2mm option since the difference between 1mm and 1.3mm is less noticeable and may wear out fairly quickly.
But don't worry, when you sign up for the Club, we will save your molds and you have the option to upgrade the thickness on your next renewal as often as you like.
